Flat 4 is a warm penthouse, can sleep up to 6 people. It is located in the heart of London, a 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross St Pancras and close to every best places of Central London. This flat has a Jacuzzi bath and is fully equipped, for your greater comfort. It's a very quiet flat, located on the third floor. Perfect for an enjoyable stay in London

A cleaning & laundry fee of £85 is charged on all bookings, if a mid stay clean is required then this will be an additional cost.

Do view the Transport for London website which shows all underground and bus routes. The cheapest way to travel by bus and underground during your stay is with a one day travel card which can be purchased from any underground station.

Please note First Capital Connect offers a direct route from Gatwick to St Pancras International and is a cheaper and more convenient way to reach our flats than using Gatwick Express to Victoria.

Arrival @ Stansted Airport: take the Stansted Express train in the direction of Liverpool Street and get off at Tottenham Hale and change onto the underground (Victoria Line - its 4 stops to Kings Cross) or you can take the Stansted Express to Liverpool Street and you can either take the underground from Liverpool Street to Kings Cross or you can hop on the 214 bus from Liverpool Street station and ask to be dropped off at the first bus stop in Pentonville Road. Northdown Street is the first turning on the left. Please refer to the airport guide who lists numerous travel options.

Arrival @ City Airport: take the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) to Bank underground station, change onto Northern Line underground direction Edgeware or High Barnet, alight at Kings Cross.

Arrival Eurostar/St Pancras International: take the Euston Road exit, cross over the road to Kings Cross station and then follow the instructions below:

If you’re travelling into Kings Cross from Heathrow on the Piccadilly line: At Kings Cross follow signs and take Pentonville Road exit from platform @ Kings Cross underground station.

Bear right onto Pentonville Road.

All the flats are in a quiet side road with restricted one way traffic 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross St Pancras station (zone 1) with its excellent transport facilities. Most central London destinations are a 10 minute tube ride away. The British Museum is in walking distance and the British Library is around the corner. Please refer to the map. The apartments are located in Central London moments from King's Cross and the Eurostar hub at St. Pancras, with many restaurants, bars and cafés on our doorstep including the longest champagne bar in Europe (in the International station), canal side strolls, and easy access to seeing all the sights.

We are in an ideal location for seeing all the sights of London, being only a 5 minutes walk to Kings Cross tube station (which is in zone 1).

The flats are in an up and coming area with the Euro Star terminal around the corner. The flat is located very close to both Kings Cross and Euston underground stations which is in zone 1 and it is within a 5 min walk from St Pancras - the Eurostar terminal. It is close to all the amenities of central London with Bloomsbury, Islington and other central locations are very near indeed.

We're moments from King's Cross & the Eurostar hub at St. Pancras, with many restaurants, bars & cafés on our doorstep incl the longest champagne bar in Europe (in the Int station), canal side strolls, & easy access to seeing all the sights.

I'm a mum to two lovely sons, we live in North London. I manage 5 holiday rental properties in St Pancras (near the Eurostar). Our 20 year old son is currently away at university and our 16 year old son had been riding for years, and currently races a 125 KTM, so weekends are spent travelling to motocross tracks around the country. Life is full and busy. We have a small rescue dog and like entertaining and socialising, and always enjoy having a houseful of friends over.

Under oppholdet ditt

The apartment comes with linen towels and bedding: the price includes the outgoing cleaning on departure and laundry costs. The Wi-Fi, central heating, electricity and water costs are included within this price.

NB The one hair dryer is stored in one of the chest of draws and the towels and the bedding for both sofa beds (IF REQUIRED) is stored in the linen storage bags which are kept under one of the beds.

We have an iron and ironing board in the apartment along with a well-stocked kitchen with saucepans, crockery, cutlery and glassware so all will be fine. We also have a Cafetiere coffee maker. My housekeeper Grace provides hand soap, washing up liquid, dish cloths, kitchen roll.

NB: The apartment should be left in the condition found, and should be kept clean and tidy. On departure all kitchen utensils and crockery must be washed and put away as the cleaning service does not include washing up.
