Our cozy house will let you enjoy the beautiful nature of the Pocono Mountains. Minutes away from Ski areas, Hiking Trails, Shopping Malls, Delaware Water Gap. Walking distance to lakes, swimming pools, tennis courts, and playgrounds, among other features. Perfect for families.

The house is surrounded by nature all around. There is ample family space with a large living room, entertainment loft area, and ample space to play around the house, including our latest addition of a treehouse where you or your kids can thoroughly enjoy the outdoors.

This spacious 3-bedroom two full bathroom is located in a beautiful private community with beautiful light and enough sleeping arrangement for up to 4 adults and two kids—plenty of books and toys, including a lovely playhouse inside the kid's room. The main floor has an open plan kitchen/dining/living space. The living area includes a fireplace (pellet stove). Aloft area with a 1000 watts Yamaha surrounds sound system and 55" LED Flat-screen TV. Including free subscriptions to AppleTV, Netflix, HULU, HBO Max, Discovery+, Disney+, and Amazon Prime.

In the heart of the Pocono Mountains, we're minutes away from all major attractions. Mt. Airy Casino, Camelback Ski Center, Pocono Raceway, Crossings Outlets, Kalahari Water Parks, Delaware Water Gap, and many more attractions!

It is also 15 minutes to the Crossings Premium Outlets and 20 minutes to Shawnee Mountain Ski Area.

We want to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. It is essential for us that you'll be 100% satisfied, and we want to make sure we can provide what you're looking for. If something is missing or damaged, please let us know immediately.

There will be no parties or loud noise allowed, and no additional guests permitted into the community once you check-in at the house.

Up to 3 cars will be given access to the gated community and allowed to park in the driveway. There is no street parking in the neighborhood.

Aside from booking and any questions that arise, we typically text message our guests back and forth if anything comes up. We have a caretaker in the neighborhood to keep an eye on things as well, so please keep your guest count honest ;-)

We will send you a welcome package via Airbnb message that will contain information about how to use the amenities, where you can buy food, shop, ski resort information, door key-less access code, directions, and many more.

Two Declaration forms will need to be sent to us at least 3 days before the check-in time to submit to Penn Estate Administration. We'll be sending the link to download them in advance as soon as you confirm your reservation.

Please don't hesitate to ask, and we want to make sure you stay there to make you love our home and community as much as we do.
