I could write pages about how wonderful the city of Perth is but it is better if you ask any questions you would like. We are a very happy friendly home where everyone is made welcome but we do not intrude on your privacy.
Places to visit that spring to mind, that are all within easy access, would be - Whiteman/Caversham Park where you can experience some of Australia's unique wildlife.
Eastward, and you're in the Swan Valley, a further shortish drive and you are at the foothills, going towards John Forrest National Park, Mundaring Weir. If you kept driving for a few days your would get to Sydney, but hey you are in the West which is the Best so why even think about going further.
Northbound, about 30 minutes there is Yanchep National Park, further on Lancelin, the Pinnacles via Nambung National Park, Cervantes, Jurien Bay etc. towards Geraldton (about 4.5 hours away) and then onto the greater north of Western Australia where you will fin the most amazing beach and coral..
South about 15 - 20 mins by the Freeway to Perth City, Kings Park, South Perth, then on to Mandurah, Bunbury, Busselton, Dunsborough and all the delights of WA's Southwest, vineyards, surfing, whale watching etc.
A few minutes North on the Freeway there is Hillary's Boat Harbour, where you can catch the fast ferry to Rottnest Island or enjoy the scenic coastal route South to take in the beautiful beaches at Triggs, Scarborough, Floreat, City Beach, Cottesloe, Leighton Beach right down to historic Fremantle. Heaps of other things but we can discuss those later.
Two double room are available, with a large share bathroom (only with other guests) which has both shower and bath. WC next to the bathroom. The laundry is also available for quests..
Outside is a large undercover area for eating out in all weather and a large BBQ on which we can cook meals all year round.
The pool for summer is wonderful. We also have a infrared sauna available. Parking is available directly in front of the house. The street is quiet and safe. The bus route is 2 minutes away and this takes you to the train station from where you can travel all across Perth and suburbs.
We will assist our guests as much or as little as they wish. We have hosted people from around the world for many years and love to help them in making their stay in Perth a wonderful experience. Guests can dine with us if they wish, they can dine in other parts of the house or even in their own room as it is furnished with a small table and two chairs.

The laundry and kitchen are available all day, the very light bright bathroom is next to the bedroom and is only shared if there is another guest. Basically our house is your house.
Andre ting å merke seg
We are very happy to assist guests during their stay in helping to arrange any adventures on which they may wish to go.
This is a strictly no smoking, no drugs home. You respect our home and we will make you very welcome. The full house "rules" are simply suggestions and ideas as to how we can all assist each other to make your stay enjoyable.
We allow our guests to be completely "alone" if they so wish but would be VERY much included at our meal table, to chat and anything else they require.
Conrad and I live in a delightful home in the Northern suburbs of Perth. We love walking, art, theatre, music, travel and happy people. Although we are fairly new to Airbnb we have been hosting people from around the world for almost all of our 43+ years together. Many of them young folk in their teens who lived with us for a year and so have now become our very special extended family. We are each others best friend, we have three grown children with whom we are very close and four lovely little grandchildren who come to stay on occasions. We do not abide bad behaviour but love to "spoil" them for good behaviour.
We have a very small dog who is not permitted in the bedrooms but does enjoy being with us of an evening for a cuddle.
We love meeting people who are fun, not "loud" but happy.
We welcome people of all cultural, religious and sexual persuasion to our home.
