This is a deceptively large bungalow nestling on the edge of the delightful village of Ingleton beneath the historic viaduct and only two minutes walk from the famous waterfalls walk. It has been rated by Visit England as a four star gold award property. Three large and airy bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for six. Two double bedrooms have zip and link beds to provide twin or king size sleeping arrangements and benefit from high quality pine furniture and beautiful bed linen. The master bedroom has a king size mahogany sleigh bed and sleigh furniture. The family bathroom has a bath and overhead electric shower, heated towel rail and extractor fan. The large sitting room has oak furniture and leather Chesterfield sofas provide a luxury feel. There is a smart TV, free WIFI and a quirky electric fire with various colour settings to provide ambience. An extensive fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, full range of crockery/glasses, microwave, electric hob/oven, large fridge freezer and a variety of cupboards provides well for a large group. There is a dining room with oak table and chairs to seat six, an additional toilet with extractor fan and a further spacious quadrant glass shower/utility room with a dishwasher,stainless steel kitchen sink and cupboards. Dishwaher tablets and cleaning products are provided in here. The house has electric central heating.

The house is easy to run and full instructions are contained in the two welcome folders. There are also contact numbers provided for help and advice if needed. A variety of tourist information is provided on the dresser in the entrance hall. Laundry can be arrange if required via the Doby Basket (number provided) who will collect and return laundry with a charge of

There is a green bin on the property for household waste and collection is on a Wednesday. There are also glass and paper recycling bins available to use on the farm driveway. The farmhouse maintains the nearby caravan park and the owner is called Brian.
All towels are provided and all linen and towels will be changed on a weekly basis when the house will also be cleaned. If you are staying for more than a week you can arrange a suitable time for cleaning by contacting Sarah Taylor (manager) and her number is in the welcome folder.
The house has been furnished to a high standard and we expect our guests to respect this. Please do not wear outdoor shoes on carpeted areas. Smoking is not allowed in the property but you are welcome to smoke outside. Unfortunately we can not accept pets in this property. Please ensure there are no more than six guests.
