Zaovine 27 is a holiday house of 91 m2, completely renovated in 2024 perfect for 2 families. It has 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double beds and 1 larger room with 4 single beds), bathroom and living room with fully equipped kitchen. Outside are large terrace and specious back yard. It is located in a quiet part of the village within 1,6km walking distance from Zaovine lake ideal for swimming and fishing. House is surrounded with numerous hiking and biking trails. Two MTB are free for guests to use.

The accommodation is located near the city, has access to the river, also has a spacious yard, a terrace with a view of the orchard, private (free) parking for several cars and much more. Built in the early 70s, this spacious house for two families or a group of friends offers privacy, an interior reminiscent of the good old days, a fireplace, a soothing forest view from the living room and all bedrooms, and a gazebo with a large dining table. Thanks to the well-equipped kitchen, cooking is just like home. The nearest amenities are just a few minutes' walk away. The house has free WiFi and high-speed internet, cable TV, and two parking lots. Pets are welcome.
