Eclectic Hideaway with Backyard Pool & Hot Tub

Embrace the blissful ambiance of this tastefully appointed retreat. The home features terraced living areas, rustic wood accents, an array of furnishings and decor, central heat and air conditioning, well supplied kitchen and a backyard patio with a dining space, lounges, gas grill, a solar heated pool and a hot tub. Four bicycles are available for guests to use. Note: Solar heated pool is usually comfortably warm from May to October. It is not heated during the winter months. The hot tub is heated year-round. NO PARTIES: including bachelor, bachelorette, wedding rehearsal dinners, etc. Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is approximately 2000 sq. feet. It accommodates 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements consist of 1 Cal King Bed, 3 Queen Beds. The house is located on a small, private cul-de-sac. The neighbors are all friendly, mostly original owners making for a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. Noisy parties are NOT appropriate. The dining room boasts a beautiful wooden dining table that seats 8. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, custom cabinetry, gas range, microwave hood, dish washer, and an island with counter stools and recessed lighting. Feel free to use all the kitchen appliances, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc. The living room includes a 60-inch smart TV and a Bose surround sound system. The family/game room (stocked with an assortment of board games) contains a fireplace/wood stove, wet bar and opens to the patio area. The backyard has a solar heated swimming pool (cold in the winter months, generally comfortable June to October) and 5 person hot tub (heated year round), and is furnished with comfortable, matching dining and club chair sets. The master bedroom boasts a cal-king sleigh bed with quality bedding and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and a window sitting area. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. The fourth bedroom is located downstair; has a queen bed and is adjacent to the third bathroom. Other amenities include: • Free wifi • Washer/dryer • Gas BBQ grill • 4 Bicycles • Central air/heat Note: this home is a standard "tri-level". There is a shorter than normal stairway (9 steps) between the main floor and the second floor. There is an even shorter stairway (5 steps) from the main floor down to the family room and backyard. Total of 14 steps. This is the same total number of steps (treads) typically found on stairways between the first and second floors of most two story homes. (Additionally, the foyer is raised a little less than a normal stair step.) So, it has the same number of stair steps as most 2 story homes. However, the steps are divided into two shorter stairways. Lockbox code and instructions provided prior to your arrival. We are always available by phone/text and we have a local manager who lives very close by. The property is located on a quiet, private cul-de-sac with friendly neighbors and easy access to downtown, parks, and wineries. Home is located just off Arnold Drive near the golf course. This is a colorful home with a variety of artwork from vintage American to French impressionists, with private decks and a hot tub for relaxation. Book a relaxing massage outside on the deck or inside in a cozy bedroom. Hire our private chef for a delicious dinner cooked on premises. Just to note our home and the surrounding area has been completely unaffected by any of the unfortunately wildfires in the region. Please note that there are no Saturday checkouts. The house has two bedrooms plus Den and 2½ Baths. Relaxing hot tub. Beautiful Zen Bathroom with Private outdoor shower conveniently off the hot tub deck. Sleeps up to 6 people. Upper Level: Kitchen, Dining/Living area: Rock & Roll Den: Queen Day Bed Living Room: Fold out sleeper couch with select number mattress ½ bath with toilet and sink Hot tub deck: Zen bathroom with daybed and large private outdoor shower with view. The main deck off the dining room has a gas grill with patio seating. Our hot tub deck is adjacent and fully private- just you and the view! Our Zen bathroom with outdoor shower right off the deck means you have all you need without going back into the house. All bedrooms have comfortable beds with luxury bedding. Towels are provided as well as soap, shampoo and other toiletries. Washer & Dryer on site with laundry detergent provided. Wine and Chocolate provided on arrival. Coffee & Condiments in Kitchen The house includes a comprehensive guide to entire area with our personal recommendations. The owners live 1/16 miles away and are available for suggestions and assistance with local activities and winery visits. The house is at the end of a picturesque road on Taylor Mountain, overlooking Rohnert Park and Petaluma. Bordered by 2 private ranches there are no neighbors, so it’s a tranquil rural setting. Hundreds of world-class wineries are a short drive away. Car is required. Uber and local taxi service are available Large Private Deck with Hot Tub, Outdoor shower and bathroom adjacent to deck. Enjoy nature & great design in one gorgeous location. We are 200 ft from beach. Rentals usually have 4 nt min stay (except for holidays). High season (Sept thru Mid Oct) has 5 nt min stay with check in days on Fridays (but ask if you want Thurs check-in) . Longer stays possible, just ask.
