THIS IS A NO SMOKE PROPERTY. NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE. Smoking is allowed outside away from doors. Pets are welcome. You are required to clean up pet poop. Pls do not allow your pets in the beds. Pls adhere to the house rules. if you have pets pls pay the pet fee. Pet fee is $125.

Also,a couch that pulls out to a full bed.A short walk from our front door is Arabia Mountain Trail. It feels remote here but close to everything.
