Meticulously cared for, Gram’s green thumb offers very unique landscaping! No need to leave the property to enjoy fishing, picnic spots or a campfire! Located between Roan Mtn State Park and skiing on Beech and Sugar Mtn. Bristol Motor Speedway, Grandfather Mtn, Elk River and Linville Falls, Watauga Lake, Mtn Glen Golf Course, and the Appalachian Trail are all nearby!

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Cabin/Tiny Home. Relax & enjoy amazing mtn. views, 200 acres of trails, woods, pastures, farm, & fields. HURRICANE HELENE: TRAILS ARE NOT COMPLETELY ACCESSIBLE NOW DUE TO HELENE. Our trails & woods have been ravaged with 100's of trees down. Many trails are still not cleared. Our 1.5 mile upper ridge trail loop and one river trail are now open. Pastures and fields are mostly cleared and all areas around the cottage are completely cleared with amazing long range views of fields and mountains.

The cottage is a one bedroom, one bathroom bohemian decorated getaway equipped with a kitchenette, living room with wi-fi and smart TV. The bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed also with a tv. Cottage comes with all the essentials, soap, toilet paper, clean linens, cooking utensils, AC/heat unit etc. Large deck with propane grill too.

The hot tub with the view of the river & the firepit with wood furnished is a great way to spend the day outdoors… hiking, Fly fishing, tubing , kayaking or just relaxing watching for wildlife that happens by is a great way to spend the day. Dining, winery’s , skiing & shopping close by.

Luxury Tiny “Hobbit House” with Big Mountain View

At a mere 200 sq feet, our luxury tiny house makes the most of it’s space. You’ll find a nice size kitchen, washer/dryer combo, closet, queen bed, full size utilities, and a unique shower/Japanese soaking tub combo! Beautiful views of sunrises, hump mountain, banner elk, and beech mountain. The kitchen & living area features tall ceilings but *please note* the bathroom and closet ceiling height is shortened to about 6 ft to make room for the loft bedroom above.
