The Quadrangle is a beautifully converted Victorian farmstead able to accommodate groups of 12+ for holidays, retreats, workshops, film shoots and more, just 40 minutes from London. It features beautiful gardens and a woodland orchard, a grand barn and open-plan living spaces, two well-equipped kitchens, two dormitories, four separate bedrooms and river for wild swimming. Please note we have close neighbours so can't host parties or weddings.

Olde Oak yurt sits proudly at the far eastern edge of a gloriously private and lush wildflower and hay meadow surrounded by ancient woodland. You will have the entire 5 acre site to yourself, along with any guests staying in our other three yurts. Each yurt is very well spaced apart for secluded, discrete enjoyment.
