The Park and Thames Path river walk are 10 minutes walk. Nearby bus stops serve neighbouring Henley-on-Thames (8 miles away).

The houseboat is a unique place to stay in London, within easy reach of all of London’s landmarks, including Tower Bridge and Tower of London (5 mins by train). The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. It sits right beside Windsor Great Park, at the entrance of a long driveway to Little Dower House, where the owners of the Lodge live. The private gardens and stunning view at the Victorian Lodge provide the perfect setting for a small intimate wedding. Whilst the romantic gardens within the Little Dower House estate provide an ideal venue for larger weddings.

A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

60ft narrowboat, sleeps 6, central Oxford

Beautiful 60ft traditional narrow boat on the river, 240v is only available when the engine is running. We have wifi and external cctv. It is clean, warm, safe and has a chemical boat loo. The beds are all very comfortable and consist of one main double & bunk and one sofa bed, all in separate rooms. The boat is mainly on the river and we have a wide plank for access, making the boat unsuitable for wheelchairs, elderly or infirm. The boat has been on Inspector Lewis. The boat is NOT a hotel.

The Stable Lodge

The Lodge is light, airy and modern, whilst providing original character and features. An ideal getaway for couples, those visiting family and friends, or somewhere to base yourself for a weekend of walking in the chilterns; this cosy, self-contained lodge is perfect for those looking to get away from it all. Set on a working stable yard surrounded by private ancient woodland accessible to guests. Private fenced garden, however not secure on one side for a determined dog.

Slade Lodge

A spacious, bright and airy lodge, perfect for a secluded night away. Can be rented as additional space to the farmhouse or a stand alone booking. The lodge is a unique space which sleeps 2 in one suite, fully centrally heated and completely renovated last year, it also has kitchenette and dining table to seat 4. There is a quaint village pub just a stones throw away. Please note there is no hob however, there is a refrigerator and microwave available. Strictly no cats.

Gardeners’ Cottage (Georgian stable conversion)

An entirely self contained cottage, recently converted from a Georgian stable and gardeners’ lodge. While adjacent to the owners property it is entirely separate, with its own secure parking and EV charger. Located in a small village, with two pubs on doorstep. Market town of Wallingford (setting for “Midsomer Murders”) is short walk, many amenities including boat rides on the River Thames an outdoor heated pool (summer), great restaurants and shops including Waitrose.
