It also benefits from being situated in the Hoburne Cotswolds complex with all its facilities. Cycling and walking in the area is great.

The Melans

This gorgeous small chalet style house was built as a starter home for my sister who is now married with 2 children. It is very unusual as it has a mezzanine floor with a cosy lounge area overlooking the main kitchen diner. It has 1 bedroom with 2 massive wadrobes. A new bathroom with excellent shower and a lounge / 2nd bedroom up some steep stairs on the mezzanine floor. We can configue the beds how you like (as 4 singles, 1 double & 2 singles or 2 doubles). Refurbished in a modern style.

This garden lodge is in the garden of a family home, with flexible accommodation for solo adventurers, solo business travelers and visiting students and academics all 25 years of age and over. With a good level of English and must be contactable by Watsapp please. Nearby are bus links to London & Airports, Colleges, Botanical Gardens, lovely restaurants & cafes and parks. This studio is almost in the centre of Oxford and we think you will get the full flavour of all sides of Oxford life.

Across the drive, there’s an 8 acre fenced field great for dog owners to exercise their dog.
