Little Brightwater is an easy 15 min. walk from the harbour along the beautiful seafront. It’s a cosy, self-contained 2-storey guest suite, like a little cottage, attached to the side of our house, with its own front door. There’s a sea glimpse from the bedroom & a great sea view from the sitting room. It’s just 100 yards from the SW Coast Path (& right opposite Looe Island) in Hannafore, which is a very peaceful & sought-after area of Looe. There’s free parking on our street, close by.

Formerly our garage, the space is small but fitted out to a high standard. We've aimed to make the room as practical as possible, in the space we have available. We offer off road parking on our sloping drive for a medium sized car or there is free, level parking on the road outside. We also have a secure back garden for bikes.
