The Retreat

This is a one-bedroom down stairs apartment with your own private deck that is nestled under the tree canopy. Able to sleep 4 people, one queen size bed and one queen size sofa bed. Spilt air conditioning/heating ensures comfort during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with hot plate, microwave, coffee machine, tea station plus air frier. there is a tv which has Netflix, YouTube and also fast free Wi-Fi available. Located 5 mins from Warrandyte river and 30 mins from Yarra glen wineries.

This is a single room, retro-themed studio with 3 beds, a double, king single and a single trundle bed. Split system air conditioning / heating ensures comfort during your stay. The kitchen has a fridge with a small freezer, a double hot plate (suitable for reheating meals), microwave, as well as assorted pots and pans. There is a small, private bathroom with shower and toilet, a front loader washing machine. The TV provided has free to air, an Apple TV box and fast free WIFI is available.

It has been tastefully renovated and built to take in the ambiance of surrounding gardens and natural bush. A forest hideaway in the Dandenong Ranges. Nestled between ferns and maples, Dingleigh of Sassafras is one of the original cottages on the property, lovingly restored and updated. Walking proximity to Sassafras, local shops, famous gardens & the national park. Dingleigh and its gardens offer an ideal location for wedding preparations and small wedding ceremonies. Photo shoots and video locations are also available upon request.

Our cottage set in natural bush has the benefit of shops and public transport a 10-15 minute walk away. Enjoy a drink on the deck in the warm light of the evening, take a leisurely walk along the Yarra River to see the kangaroos in their natural setting or an easy drive to the famous Yarra Valley wineries.
