We are situated on beautiful private bush property just outside of Laguna in the Lower Hunter Valley on 56 acres of land nestled between Yengo National Park and Watagan State Forest, looking down to the rolling valleys below, surrounded by curvaceous ridge lines and picturesque views towards the Northern horizon.

The newly renovated cottage sleeps 6 people, with all linen supplied. The cottage provides all of your basic essential needs along with TV, reverse cycle air-con, washing machine and dryer, toaster and kettle, microwave, BBQ, wood fireplace, outdoor setting and on the cold winter nights bon fire area.

Itty Bitty b&b

Our space is a small air conditioned bed sitting room a bit like a motel room with double bed, eating utensils, microwave, air fryer, plug in single pot cook top , a small kitchen sink and ensuite. There are French doors between the bedroom and the combined kitchenette/ bathroom. Tea and coffee provided (not breakfast) . Parking on very quiet street. No parking on site. The access verandah is shared by an adjoining occupancy.
