This private, spacious, two-story home was built in 1918. Past guests have loved the cozy gas fireplace and lovely front porch. It sleeps up to 6 in 3 upstairs bedrooms; with half bath on main floor, full bath upstairs. We do not allow pets. The place is kid-friendly, across from a wooded city park with rentable shelters, a playground and a basketball court. In a quiet residential area 3 blocks from Earlham College, 3.7 miles from Reid Hospital/IU East, 2.5 miles from Wayne County Fairground.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This home was totally renovated in 2023. Our home has 910 square feet, with two bedrooms and one bath, all on one floor.
