Recently renovated 1 BR/1 BA backyard cottage w/kitchen, separate bedroom w/queen bed and TV, sleeper sofa in the living room and a quiet deck off the back. There is plenty of parking and the shared backyard is fenced if bringing a pet. If you need more space, there is a 2 BR/2 BA Cape Cod house in front that rents separately.
