One of which is Stoatin Brae. This home is conveniently located in Richland, between both downtown Kalamazoo and Battle Creek and everything these citys have to offer. We are near Gull Lake. Gull Meadow Farm is less than a mile. Enjoy Richland and its small town feel with its various restaurants, parks and places to hike.

Built in 1885, this house is quite charming. The best breakfast spot and Italian restaurant in town are right across the street :-) A bakery/coffee shop, yoga studio, laundromat, bodega and salon are all less than a minutes' walk away.
