The annex is part of the main house, with its own access and amenities that include off road parking. 15 min drive from the foot of Yr Wyddfa. Only 15 mins from the nearest beach, with Portmadog, Criccieth and Pwllheli within easy reach. Just 5 miles from the historic town of Caernarfon and 30 mins to Bangor.
