Welcome to our amazing townhouse with private parking in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The main floor features a great kitchen, a spacious family area with an 85" Smart TV, and a cozy garden with a BBQ. Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms (Queen, Double, 2 Twins) with new beds, bath/shower, and washer/dryer. Enjoy a relaxing stay with high-speed Wi-Fi and Netflix . Amazingly located in Laugardalur, near parks, the coast, and a 5 minute drive from city center . Shops, dining and more within 50 meters.

Our house is residential located in a beautiful child friendly and quiet neighbourhood near the city center (around 3.0 km. to the city center). Close to our house (around 200 metres) is for instance a bakery, ice-cream store, playground, grocery store, a small and beautiful restaurant, Kaffi Laugarlækur. There are about 500 metres to the neighborhood´s swimming pool, and 1 kilometre to a big and beautiful Park, called Laugardalur, which has for example an Ice Skating rink and a small Zoo.

The house is a three story house in a quiet but quite central part of Reykjavík. Close to "Perlan" a tourist attraction and 10 minute walk to Kringlan the main shopping mall. A walk to down town Reykjavik takes 20-25 minutes or alternatively one bus from close to our home. 5 minutes and you are on your way driving north or east
