Appartamento in zona isolata nella stupenda Val Zebrù del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Ottimo per passare una vacanza al contatto con la natura ricca di flora e fauna selvatica. Riscaldamento a legna, l’energia elettrica è fornita da un impianto fotovoltaico. Nella zona non vi è connessione telefonica, ma è presente una connessione wi-fi in baita, inoltre vicino vi sono due ristori dove si possono degustare i cibi locali. La baita è raggiungibile a piedi o con le jeep autorizzate al transito.

Sie halten sich in einer gemütlichen Wohnküche auf und benützen ein modernes Bad (inkl. Waschmaschine/Tumbler). Von der Terrasse geniessen Sie eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. In nur wenigen Schritten sind Sie im alten Dorfkern Scuol Sot und im Wellness- und Erlebnisbad 'Bogn Engiadina' oder mit dem Skibus an der Talstation der Bergbahnen.

Unser neues Apartment (Ferienwohnung) wird Mitte August 2024 fertig gestellt sein. Es bietet sich optimal für 3 Erwachsene oder 2 Erwachsene & 2 Kinder an. Es verfügt über ein Doppelbett und eine Schlafcouch, einen Esstisch sowie eine geräumige Küche. Das Badezimmer verfügt über ein Doppelwaschbecken und einer Dusche. Die Toilette ist separat. Weiters gibt es eine schöne private Terrasse mit Garten und Liegestühlen. Parkplatz, Skiraum mit Skischuhtrockner kostenfrei an der Unterkunft.

Monolocale in taverna rustica di 20 mq situato a piano terra della mia dimora del 1600 con accesso indipendente e parcheggio privato. Il monolocale è molto silenzioso e fresco ,adatto per una vacanza molto rilassante. Fornito di segnale Wi-Fi valido per navigazione leggera telefonica, non adatto a una connessione con PC. In casa abbiamo cane e gatto. Tassa di soggiorno provinciale obbligatoria di 1 euro a testa a notte; da versare in contanti all'arrivo.
