The property is a three bedroom detached cottage . All of the bedrooms are ensuite and 2 have a balconly with a wonderful sea view. The ground floor comprises a generous entrance hall and large open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. There is ample seating for both dining and relaxing and 3 sets of bifold doors open onto a patio and BBQ area with outdoor seating. There are unrestricted sea views and a large grassed area which is perfect for children and our furry friends to play on.

The van also benefits from its own private parking bay. The open plan, fully furnished kitchen and living area has breath taking views of the sea, with a small park opposite. The van is situated close to the entertainment, on site shop and path down to the beach. Bus stop to Filey, Scarborough, Bridlington. Close to Whitby.
