Back yard is shared with other guest and has several sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Bethany Beach is a 10 min drive, Ocean City (145th st) is 20 min, Rehoboth-25 min. Patrick's Creekside is free to your pooches - barking allowed, 420 friendly on your private deck, half a mile to the bike trail. Private entry to this 2nd story (2rm,2beds/queen bed & full sofa bed) 1 BR apartment with one full bathroom for a max of 4 humans and a handful of dogs. A good fit if you don’t mind who gets the sofa bed with bathroom access thru the master. Mini kitchen:Keurig, fridge, coffee, crockpot, backyard with little trail! Check out Timmy’s Treeside also.

Treetops beach getaway walkable to beach/boardwalk

East of Route 1, equidistant to both Rehoboth & Dewey beaches, about 1/2 mile easy bike/walk. Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster oven for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults.
