La casa è situata in centro città, a 200 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria e degli autobus e a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro storico e pedonale, ma offre alla stesso tempo una grandissima tranquillità, grazie alla sua posizione in una strada privata. A vostra disposizione c’è un intero appartamento mansardato, situato all’ultimo piano, e un ampio giardino con piscina e laghetto. La posizione è ideale anche per partire alla scoperta delle colline e dei borghi di Langhe, Roero e Monferrato.

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Ideale per una vacanza romantica, un weekend di relax o un soggiorno tra le colline patrimonio UNESCO, a pochi km da Asti, Alessandria e dalle migliori cantine della zona.

Possibility of charging for electric vehicles with Wall Box for a fee.

PEIRAGAL – new, in the historical centre

In the heart of La Morra, in a building of the '700 recently restored, with characteristic wooden beamed ceilings, the accommodation is organized on two floors. Combined in rustic style with modern furnishings, it includes a kitchen; large living area with a table for 8 people, a sofa bed; living room with TV and sofas on the upper level. Three bedrooms with queen beds, plus a baby bed. The apartment is completed by three full bathrooms with shower and access to the balconies.

Located on Langhe hills, close to Canelli, Nizza M., Barbaresco and Barolo wineries, is 30' to Asti, Alba or Acqui Terme, 1h to Turin or Genoa. Now part of the Unesco Heritage Landscapes of Langhe-Roero and Monferrato region, you'll enjoy gourmet food in local restaurants and wine tastings in the hundred wineries of the area.

Cascina Buffetto Miravalle. Casa con piscina.

La casa, dotata di piscina, è ubicata a due km dal centro abitato e si affaccia sulla valle . Gode di completa autonomia e permette agli ospiti di vivere in una cascina tipica con mobili d'epoca. Gli ospiti hanno l'esclusiva disponibilità della struttura. L'altra casa che si affaccia sul cortile (era un piccolo borgo) è sempre di mia proprietà ed è chiusa durante la permanenza degli ospiti. Ho scelto di avere pochi ospiti per garantire a loro ed a me più tranquillità.
