The guest house with central heating and air is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, 3 streaming flat screen tvs, two full baths, washer/dryer combo and a large attached deck. Owners live on property but in different residence. Outdoor cameras overlook parking area. Only reserved guests have property access.

There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

The boat dock has a large second level party deck and a 10x 28 sun deck swim platform at water level a great place to swim, fish, kayak , paddle board or just relax and enjoy the sun. The cottage has two bedrooms 1 ½ bath , full kitchen outdoor cooking and eating space, firepit. . The cottage is small but cozy with everything you need to an extended stay.

Surrounded by nature, livestock, close to lake access, and not too far from reality. Located in Reed Creek within a few miles of four boat ramps: Carter's Ferry, Payne's Creek, Crawford's Ferry and Mary Ann Branch. Gated back yard entry with carport for your boat and vehicle. Power connection is available for boat charger. Cornhole boards are available upon request. The house next to the camper is also an Airbnb. No Pets, and no smoking inside. There is an exterior security camera.

It's located only 5 miles from Seneca, 12 miles from Clemson, and 40 miles from Greenville and is a short drive as well to beautiful lakes, waterfalls, and hiking trails.

Come spend time at Lucky’s on Hartwell! Tastefully decorated and able to sleep 8 comfortably in this 3/2 on a finished basement. Just around the point from Carters Ferry Boat Ramp. Take an easy walk to the dock to watch the sunrise over the lake, then sit in the shade of the screened in porch after a day on the water. Catch monster large mouth off the dock. Our one bedroom "apartment" has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Room for air mattresses too. There is swimming, fishing, kayaking, and just plain relaxing here. We are close to hiking and waterfalls. Approximately one hour from UGA or one hour from Clemson for a getaway football weekend. Come enjoy and bring your pets too—they are always welcome!
