Distance from the capital Podgorica is only 28 km, 40-minute drive on a new paved road. The possibility of organizing car rental or transportation from and to the cottage, upon request. Many local restaurants in tune with the ambiance offer delicious domestic food and drinks.

The property features a restaurant at the ground floor that is perfect for your first morning coffee or to relax after a day of exploring. It is located only 30km / 45 minutes from Podgorica and is close to springs, sightseeing spots and lakes, surrounding nature is breathtaking. Under The ledge, a foot access only campground

Under Ledge is a small Eco-Camp in wild corner. It is a 1hr 40 minutes uphill in a very ruggy valley but will the option to take drive with our truck for almost half of it. Under The Ledge stands between a beautiful gorge and the biggest waterfall in Albania. It has 3 A frames huts, shared shower and toilet. The campground has a panoramic Veranda, small kitchen, grill and bone fire corner. The property stand as a base for multiple hiking trails and beautiful walls to do rappelling.

Our guests can enjoy an amazing panorama of this canyon from above, alpine atmosphere .The guest who prefers to see the Alps has a very good stay in my house. The air is clean and rich in oxygen, water comes from snowy mountains . The Alps Iffet a natural beauti with ridges , glacial lakes and centuries-old snow. The visitor can see the beautiful waterfalls and the blue eye, the canyon and the stone Batha.
