Just a 3-minute walk from the bus and the Nordkette cable car, which takes you to the city center or the Nordkette mountain range (snow park and single trail) in just a few minutes, or there's a direct bus connection to the Patscherkofel ski and hiking area. Perfectly for nature and city life in summer&winter.

Alle Betten sind Doppelbetten. Für Babys gibt es ein eigenes Kinderbett. Es gibt einen schönen Kinderspielplatz direkt vor dem Haus.

L'ampio giardino è parzialmente condiviso con gli ospiti di Casa dei Moch (la casa rossa adiacente), senza però impedire ad entrambi di godere di uno spazio privato. La vasca idromassaggio riscaldata (utilizzabile tutto l'anno) e la zona barbecue sono servizi condivisi con gli ospiti di Casa dei Moch.

Thanks to the central location of the chalet, you can start your holiday activities in summer as well as in winter directly from the accommodation by foot. Located in Sarnonico in the region South Tyrol-Trentino, the holiday home ‘Landhaus Silene’ is nestled within beautiful nature. Boasting a mountain view, the charming house consists of an open living room with access to a private, ground-level terrace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom with a shower, a bidet and a WC.
