Relax and enjoy the views of the Queen Charlotte Sound and Picton Marina from the sunny deck. Amble to town to visit the local galleries, restaurants and cafes. Soak up the sun at the local beaches. Enjoy access to the Queen Charlotte Sound via the many tourist operators at the town quay or simply enjoy the great walking and biking tracks nearby.

It has great views over the vineyard and is quiet and secluded despite being close to all amenities and the outstanding range of vineyards that Marlborough has to offer. Stunning views over to the village of Havelock and beyond to the breathtaking Pelorus Sounds and decorated with a stylish Pacific vibe. Watch the boats come and go from the marina and relax on the deck or balcony. The water is tidal so at high tide the water laps at the property boundary. At low tide there are expansive mud flats. The view is constantly changing with lots of bird life. It is north west facing so we get the most beautiful sunsets.
