Nestled on our small homestead, this is glamping at its finest: fresh air, feathered friends, and all the comforts of home (yes, we’re talking hot showers and AC). You can sip coffee with chickens, stargaze under wide-open skies, and maybe make friends with our goofy goats and obnoxious geese. "Old Smokey" is a 1965 pull-behind camper that has been beautifully remodeled. It is cozy, rustic and has been restructured with lots of love. You can enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The camper has both air conditioning and a wood stove. "Old Smokey" is a unique and romantic glamping experience. You can cook delicious meals on the propane stove/grill or visit one of our charming local restaurants. This is the perfect location to relax and reset, either solo or with someone special.

The Debonair

The Debonair-A New and Beautiful Airstream Trailer with all the modern conveniences. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with a gas range, oven, microwave, a large refrigerator and freezer. An outdoor gas grill is provided for your al fresco meal. Wifi is provided in case you need to stay connected. Relax and unwind as you visit nearby Wineries, Country Markets and local festivals or to Hike or Bike nearby trails. You will be staying on our working farm. We look forward to hosting you!

River & Rail

Enjoy all the Potomac River has to offer, just 40 miles south of D.C. Rich in history, our RV trailer sits near the river's edge on our home property about 200 feet from our residence, in Widewater Virginia, between the Potomac River and the CSX railway. Although there are trains that pass by, they do not use their horn in our area, and they are fun to watch! Enjoy a coffee while watching a beautiful sunrise, then light up a fire pit after a day kayaking or fishing on the river.

This private campsite includes a charming off-grid camper for those that don’t want to entirely detach from modern conveniences. Most vehicles can drive to the site, but low sports cars or luxury vehicles are not recommended. It's an adventurous drive, so expect bumps, scratches, and tight turns! If you do not want to drive, it is a 15 minute walk from the parking lot.
