This is a safe affordable space for tourists & is meant simply to drop off your things, explore the city and lay your head at night. It is not meant for hanging out, partiers or locals. *The apartment is located 10 minutes from the subway and 1 block from the bus. Bodegas, laundry, liquor stores, restaurants and bars are close by. Perhaps the best part about this home is the proximity to Astoria Park.

This spacious home is as comfortable as you can get in NYC. We have tons of space, amenities, sunlight, and plants. We are two blocks from the express trains (2 and 5), about 25 minutes to Midtown Manhattan. The South Bronx is the home of hip hop, is multicultural and is home to "real New Yorkers."
