The 400 sq ft main floor 3-season porch is where I spend most of my time.

Stay in your own private home which was recently remodeled and is located one block from Lake Phalen. The home has a full kitchen which is fully stocked. Breakfast and light snacks are included with your stay. The cushioned chairs and the loveseat have covers which are washed between each guest. The large patio located between the homes is a great place to relax and listen to the fountain or enjoy a meal.

The New Victorian Penthouse is our newest and most unique offering! Our Penthouse is a unique 3rd-story apartment above an 1880s Victorian Mansion, once deemed the “servants quarters.” This apartment is a surprisingly spacious, yet cozy 4-Bedroom, 1-Bath residence with a large living room, sunny kitchen, and in-unit laundry. Be advised, it’s 3-story walk-up! (No elevators in this old lady.)
