Over 3 and a half hours, we will experience life in this very beautiful & fascinating part of the city and visit several food-joints that you won't find in typical guidebooks! We'll start with the famous sugar dripping Jalebis and an insight into how they're made. Then we'll navigate our way through the quaint narrow lanes to reach a long-forgotten 17'th century 'Haveli' (Mansion) ruined but still reminiscing the Mughal era. Now we'll enter into the most colourful & buzziest 'Bazaar' of Old Delhi to visit a 90-years-old shop dedicated exclusively to 'Khurchan' (a mouth-watering dessert prepared from fresh buffalo's milk). After a little exploration of the beautiful Bazaar, we'll taste different varieties of Parathas in the famous 'Parathe Wali Gali'. Now it's time to involve ourselves in the community kitchen of an ancient Sikh Gurudwara after which we will explore Asia's largest spice market and taste a combination of the best 'Chole Bhature' (a famous North Indian dish) and 'Lassi' (buttermilk) prepared in Old Delhi. Heritage Walk & Amber Palace
You will picked from your hotel within the Jaipur city and head towards Amber fort. Stop at paota Lake to photograph the beautiful view of Amer fort reflecting in the lake. We will use stair to go up to the Amber fort (Approx. 30 mins) and a jeep can be organised for those who do not want to use stairs for any personal reasons. While going up hill you will enjoy beautiful views of Paota lake, island garden, protecting walls around on hills and enter from Sun gate to first courtyard of Amber fort. You will be given free to time take photos and walk around for about 10 mins then we continue to next courtyard for its beautiful gate and view points then to third courtyard to visit mirror palace and Mughal garden and beautiful architecture. Before we continue to Amber heritage walk visit the oldest palace of this fort. You will walk past by ancient temples, old havelis, local markets and at the end of your experience enjoy tea or coffee in a local place. Other things to note The entry fee at Amber fort in not included in the tour price and this experience involves 20 mins walk up the hill using the stairs. Those who do not want to walk then a jeep to the fort can be organised at extra cost.
Countryside Bicycle Ride, Lake, Farms and Village sights
We will meet at fateh sagar lake. Here we will brief about the ride. After the briefing we will start the ride. This ride is going to be around the countryside of Udaipur. We will see two lakes and farming areas in village along the way. We will interact with farmers also if we meet them in the farms. We will know about the village life and farming activities also. Also it is to enjoy the pleasant weather and breeze. We will cover around 20 kilometres. After completing the ride we will finish it with the tea and refreshments.

Followed by a visit to the fresh flower wholesale market in Pink City 3. Visit the ancient step well (Panna Meena Ka Kund) just before the impressive Amber Palace cradled in a beautiful landscape. Don’t forget to bring your cameras! 4. Just before you return to the pink city, we will stop to take some nice photos at the magnificent Jal Mahal (water palace). 5. Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local’s favourite restaurant for authentic Indian food. 6. After Lunch, visit Pink City’s Palace, Jantar Mantar. We will walk past ancient temples and colourful markets before enjoying masala chai (India Tea) in a traditional setting. 7. Traditional dining & cooking experience
You’ll be greeted with wine and appetizers as you get acquainted with me and my family, before I conduct a rare, cooking demonstrationand workshop with you on site at Corner Cottage ( our home). I’ll teach you how to make couple of my signature traditional dishes, such as lal Maas (a traditional mutton dish), kebabs and curries. You'll also get a package of the spices used in the recipe to take home and try. The event culminates with a dinner or lunch with the guests. Then we will visit Ancient stepwell with detailed carvings ( we will reach there by local cab at your expense) The Adalaj Stepwell -(Ancient architectural site featuring a stepwell dating to late 1400s with intricate wall carvings.) We will have a lunch in any of authentic restaurants around post Adalaj stepwell visit. I will accompany you to take your choice of food out of available authentic gujarati, north indian, south indian or mexican cusines at your expenses . Post lunch we will head to Gandhinagar to visit most famous temple of Gujarat which is BAPS Akshardham Temple | Gandhinagar -Monumental 10-story Hindu temple (we will reach there by local cab at your expense) Post visit to Akshardham temple I will guide you to be back at your stay place with a good bye note. Excursion to Historical Bhangarh Ruins
REQUEST NEW DATE & TIME This adventure will take you’re on an amazing haunted sight located 2 hours from Jaipur. You will be picked up from your hotel within Jaipur in the morning. From there a private vehicle will take you to haunted city of Bhangarh. Along the way your guide will explain the history and traditions of local area, along with several cultural sights during the drive. Enjoy the guided tour of the Bhangarh Fort, the most remarkable of its buildings are the temples of Gopinath, Shiva (Someshwar), Mangla Devi, Lavina Devi and Keshava Rai. Other buildings include shops along the main road, several havelis, a mosque, and a palace. The palace was protected by two inner fortifications across the valley. The town is separated from the plain by ramparts with five gates We will have a short break for an authentic Indian lunch in a local family home on the way back to Jaipur (Veg and non-veg options are available). Outside of Eden, Trails and Trekking
Together we will be exploring the countryside and nature trails outside of Udaipur. It would include a mixture of walking and hiking on rocky terrain. This would be a mindful walk where you can relax and let go of all the day today worries of daily lives. On the way to our stunning sunset point you will enjoy the sounds of nature. This trail is full of birds and if we are lucky we can even spot some wildlife like deers, monekys and mongoose. In my personal experience with hiking and trekking the experience is always so much more enriching when I kept my phone aside and enjoyed every single bit of the magic of mother Earth with my own eyes. I request you all to wear suitable clothing and shoes for hiking and please carry a backpack with basic hiking kit. Those of you wish to Join me for sunset meditation towards the end of the excursion are most welcome with an open heart. Our tour starts at Hawal mahal or you can request for hotel pick up a day before within Jaipur city. You will learn the history of Hawa Mahal and take beautiful photos at this photogenic building. Stop at Panna Meena ka Kund (Step well) to see beautiful steps leading down to the well before you reach Amber fort to explore its beautiful courtyards. You will learn its history, photograph beautiful gates, view points, gardens, lake etc. You can not leave Jaipur without visiting Amber fort and learn its beautiful history. After your visit you will be dropped back to your hotel your desired location within Jaipur city.
