This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

Two bedrooms with televisions, and large double beds provide complete comfort for quality sleep after a full day of swimming :) Fully equipped kitchen includes refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee filter, toaster and microwave. Apartment occupies the entire second floor of our villa and - apart from the large front terrace - has 2 side terraces and a private garden. Swings for kids and private BBQ available in the garden. Our villa is at the end of a residential street and is surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens, with olive, lemon, clementine, fig and kiwi trees.

We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
