The apartment is located in a family house, on the slopes of a small hill that rises above the sea, and is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Enjoy a romantic evening walk along the promenade with souvenir shops, bars and restaurants. We also recommend a visit to the nearby historic town of Labin.

Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Studio apartment close to the sea

The apartment has been under some renvations in 2026. regarding the kitchen, TV stand and some decorations and it has a small round dining table indoors now so there is a mix of old and new pictures. It is a small studio apartment of 25 m2 or 270 ft2 and a terrace of 5m2 (50 ft2). The apartment in on the first floor of our family home. The house itself is elevated from the street so you have 20 steps to get to the apartment and can see our beautiful Adriatic sea.

It is located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern (check out the photos). Best for 2 people - couples, best friends, solo adventurers, business travelers.

Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
