This is our home and we usually live here when we host guests. The kitchen is only available for heating water for drinks or reheating food in microwave We live between Queenstown and Arrowtown in Lake Hayes Estate, an established neighborhood of modern homes with mountain views. You can experience bee-keeping with Keith as we have 2 hives in our garden! A cafe (The Hayes)is within easy walking distance of our home. Two large shopping centers and the airport are within 10-15 minutes drive.

Cromwell lends itself for you to enjoy walks Cromwell has lakeDunstan which by car 5. Minutes with 3 restaurants and a coffee shop that you can relax and watch the world go by. Excellent stand alone studio cottage in a handy location. Situated approx. 3km from the town center with a feel of country. Suitable for a single person, couple or 2 friends/family that don't mind sharing a queen bed. Very peaceful location and close to the new bike/walking tracks, lake, river, and numerous vineyards.
