The guest house has been finished just this summer, so it is sparkling!. It is a small that has been carefully planned for the maximum confort: kitchenette with all the essentials, luxury shower room and toiletries, hotel-feeling towels, and confortable king size bed. Cook, eat, entertain with the smart TV and have a relaxed evening at the -electric and safe- fireplace suit. With the nice weather, have a cuppa or a drink outside, in the little patio. Erected in our garden, the guest house is fully independent and private.

The annexe is set in the grounds of our family home, overlooking gardens and fields of the Kent countryside. It has parking and its own separate entrance, accessed via a key box. The space is light and airy with a king size bed, table, sofa, living area, kitchenette and en-suite. Ideal for a couples retreat or to use as a base to explore the area.

We have a free parking space in town if required. Unfortunately steep narrow stairs means may not be ideal for the very young/old. 11 minute walk from train station to London, perfectly located for a weekend getaway. Supermarket, boutique shops, beauty salons & coffee shops await you!
