Located in the traditional fisherman's village of Skinopi just next to the shore, it will offer you exceptional holidays away from stressful .Daily life If we have to give a name to that house..it would be the house of colors! Introducing all tones of colors of a daytime like sky's blue and sun's gold or even orange and purple of a sunset. Also night's dark hues have been set as an illusion between moon and stars.

It is situated on a small bay, with similar moon white rocks as Sarakiniko that form a secluded cove in front of the house, together with Aqua house 1 & 3. In the quietest area of this fishing village there is a two storey boat house . On the 1st floor, the apartment of Captain Nicolas named from the initial owner, built with stone and natural materials. In a particular Cycladic architecture (cave house) , makes the visitor travel through time, experiencing an old time, simple way of life with all modern facilities by the sea. Due to the natural construction of the boat house the temperature is maintained in natural conditions.

Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .
