The unit is Complete with WiFi, AC, designated parking and a full-size furnished kitchen. The house is located 10min East of Unionville, MO, 45min North of Kirksville. If your destination is Iowa, we are just south of the state line and you can be in Centerville or at Lake Rathbun in 35 minutes. If hunting on public land, Rebels Cove, Union Ridge and Sedan Bottoms are all close by.
