The property is conveniently located near Pantaloons and is 0.5 km (5 mins walk) away from Laitumkhrah which is one of the main hubs of Shillong. The room is spacious (16x14) with attached bath and a kitchen. It is well equipped with a smart TV, Wi-Fi, geyser and other basic amenities. Parking is available within the compound. The cottage is located in a one acre property overlooking a pine grove and fruit trees( plum, peach and pear ) to the south, a meadow and hills in the backdrop to the east. It is a cosy, spacious room with an indoor fireplace , kitchen cum dining with all appliances. The wooden floors in the bedroom, kitchen and deck add to the ambience of the rustic surroundings. Water is sourced from a spring within the premises.
