We fully renovated this cosy, two bedroom cottage to create a warm, welcoming space where the only sounds you’ll hear are the tweeting of birds and crackle of the newly fitted wood burning stove. The cottage has a king, a twin room and a sofa bed in the lounge so is flexible with accommodating various set ups. The location is just about as good as it gets. It’s a 10 min walk along the stunning River Frome into Wareham and a stone’s throw from all major tourist attractions on the Purbecks.

The Annexe is a private guest retreat, exclusively for visitors. Relax in your own charming garden with a covered hot tub and festoon lights – the perfect place to unwind after exploring Dorset’s stunning coastline, Durdle Door and the New Forest. Just a short walk from pubs, restaurants and shops, it’s an ideal base for your stay. Guests also enjoy Sky Sports, Wi-Fi and a cosy outdoor seating area, making it perfect for a romantic, relaxing or adventure-filled getaway.

A lovingly created Shepherds hut for two, in walking distance of Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and good pubs. One of 2 huts, each with off road parking and shared access path down steps to private facilities. Located in a secluded spot behind our family home. A fully self contained hut including a double bed, kitchen with multi cooker, wood burner and en-suite bathroom including hot shower and state of the art composting toilet. Small enclosed garden; dog friendly.

A newly built 3 storey 5 bed detached house with stunning harbour views, 5 mins to Sandbanks beaches. Direct access to the water, Kayaks available for hire. 2 of the 5 bedrooms have sea views and share a balcony. It has a bespoke layout with an open plan kitchen/dining area on the 3rd floor which makes the most of the stunning views at the highest level of the house.
