BN3.0 è ampio e lussuoso, inaugurato nel 2025 è situato al primo terra del complesso con un grande giardino ad uso privato affacciato sulla grande veranda del soggiorno, caratterizzato da un arredo moderno e lineare con aria condizionata e finiture di lusso. Nel residence c'è una piscina riscaldata condivisa posta all'interno dell'ampio spazio verde. Ci sono due camere da letto, entrambe con un letto matrimoniale; una delle due camere ha anche un letto a castello per ospitare fino a 6 persone.

In an oasis of greenery at a stone's throw from the sea, villa in a luxuriant complex with beautiful swimming pool, tennis court, beach and private harbour. Air conditioning, WIFI, BBQ. Possibility of wellness centre, restaurant, dinghy hire and trips to the islands of the Maddalena Archipelago at Hotel Capo d' Orso (5 Stars) in the same complex. I started this experience in the summer of 2017 and am very pleased with the appreciation I received from guests.
