La casa tiene una pequeña alberca privada desde donde podrás disfrutar la mejor vista sobre playa Mermejita. La casa es muy abierta para poder disfrutar de la frescura del viento y de las mejores vistas.

Para acceder a la cabaña, es necesario recorrer una subida empinada por terracería, lo que garantiza la privacidad y exclusividad del lugar. La cabaña está construida en armonía con la naturaleza, lo que significa que, ocasionalmente, podrías encontrar algunos insectos o pequeños animales, aunque realizamos fumigaciones regulares para mantener el lugar seguro y confortable.
