You will find The Olive House in the very end of a small village called Jakomici. The second floor of the house has been recently refurbished and consists of two identical apartments, each with a kitchen, huge living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Each apartment is suitable for 4 people. You can relax completely, chill out in the garden or in the new swimming pool, or you can come with us for a boat trip (not included). The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

Our bright and airy app is set on a first floor of a small residential building, built in 1962. Being located in Monvidal, a quiet neighborhood of town, makes it a great starting point from which to explore all the main city’s attractions. It only takes a 5 min. walk to our magnificent Amphitheater and about 10 min walk to the heart of old town. Farmers market and strict city center is less than 15 min walk away.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
