Our rooms offer an increasingly rare luxury: space and light, with ceilings over 4 meters, comfortable beds, a 50" Smart TV and an exclusive bathroom! We are 5 minutes walk from Piazza del Duomo and the train station, at the border of the limited traffic zone. If you arrive by car you can book our private parking place for only 10 € per day. Breakfast will be served in one of the patisserie bars with which we have agreements among which our guests can freely choose. The best for all needs!

Camera Rondinaia, tra gli olivi

Comfortable double room in a typical Tuscan farmhouse. This is our wheelchair accessible room at ground floor features a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. We are in the middle of nature, but at the same time not far from population centers. For a supplement of €8 per person we offer an Italian breakfast with local products, served in summertime on our terrace. We also propose to join unique experiences such as wine tasting, Tuscan dinner+olive oil presentation and pasta cooking classes!

Camera Virgilio

La camera è appartenuta ai miei nonni paterni che si sposarono nel 1923 e si trova al secondo piano. Poiché si trova nella parte posteriore della casa è silenziosa. Il letto matrimoniale con doghe in legno e materassi ortopedici misura 170 x 200 e permette un comodo relax. Il bagnetto, raccolto ma funzionale, è dotato dei servizi essenziali. Alla finestra una stuoia permette di mantenere lontani gli insetti e più fresca la stanza. Non è possibile aggiungere un terzo letto! Non fumatori.

The b&b is located a short distance from the most classic Tuscan destinations, in Valdinievole. With a short walk you can visit the medieval village of Montecatini Alto, with its typical restaurants and narrow streets. With the funicular from Montecatini Alto you can reach Montecatini and its thermal baths.

Il mio B&B è nato dalla ristrutturazione di un vecchio casale del 700 sulle colline del Montalbano. Qui potrete godere di una splendida vista, della tranquillità della campagna e del piacere di degustare e acquistare prodotti provenienti dal mio caseificio e dal mio frantoio nel locale/bottega adiacente fatti con latte delle mie pecore e olive del mio oliveto. Possibilità di aggiunta letto singolo o culla. Bagno con doccia ad uso esclusivo interno alla camera.
