La casa ex cantoniera FS ristrutturata dista circa 60 m da una linea ferroviaria ed al piano terreno abitiamo noi, Marzia e Arturo. Nel nostro B&B la mattina con il bel tempo Vi aspetta una buona colazione all'esterno con pane e marmellate fatte in casa. Gazebi e attrezzature (tavoli, sedie,sdraie e barbecue) all'esterno sono a Vs. disposizione per rendere più gradevole il vostro soggiorno. IL mare con una grande spiaggia libera dista circa 500 m ed è raggiungibile anche a piedi in 15 minuti.

Tutti i servizi come Jacuzzi - Massaggi e Cene sono da intendersi come extra, pertanto se desiderati contattare l'host. Incluso colazione e pernottamento. -------- Romantica suite al piano terra di Villa El Mar con ingresso privato e giardino. In esclusiva una grande terrazza sul mare e Jacuzzi privata. Atmosfera intima e rilassante. Potrete gustare freschi cocktail al corner bar nel giardino, distesi mentre prendete il sole o davanti a tramonti indimenticabili. Spiaggia a soli due minuti.

If the latter, come and stay with us in a 200-year-old farmhouse with vaults and beamed ceilingsa midst olive trees. Have breakfast with home-made products, chat with us about Tuscan traditions, festivals, wines and places to visit along untrodden winding roads. But you need a car or motorbike to reach us and visit lovely hilltop villages. There is no public transport, nor taxis here.

Il mio alloggio è vicino alle principali città d'arte e cultura Toscane, 20 minuti da Pisa, Livorno, 45 minuti da Firenze e Lucca. Le splendide viste panoramiche delle colline Pisane, ottimi ristoranti con prodotti locali, e spiaggia a 20 minuti. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per gli spazi esterni con giardino, l'atmosfera, la luce e la campagna. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi. Siamo a 500mt dalla FI-PI-LI.

"Alla Televisione" è la più piccola delle stanze del mio B&B, "al 28", che è nato a maggio 2017. Si trova in posizione strategica e centrale, vicino alle fortezze medicee e a pochi passi dalla rinomata spiaggia delle Ghiaie. È un appartamento di prestigio ubicato al primo piano di un edificio dei primi del 900. Nella ristrutturazione abbiamo cercato di mantenere la sua tipicità fondendo il fascino vintage con colori e accessori più moderni dando vita ad un ambiente decisamente eclettico!

B&B Rosanna, dagli amici conosciuto anche come "Casa Cuore" è un piccolo Bed&Breakfast a conduzione familiare situato in una zona molto tranquilla di Portoferraio. Sono proprio le sue piccolo dimensioni che permettono di instaurare con gli ospiti legami profondi. "La Cicia" è la più piccola delle nostre camere, ma la nostra preferita. Si tratta di una camera matrimoniale con bagno interno ad uso esclusivo. Ideale per giovani coppie, amici o viaggiatori solitari.

Al Castello di Lari - B&B is located on the authentic wall of the castle of Lari, an old and medieval village. It has 6 rooms, each room has his private bathroom with a comfortable shower. The superior rooms are bigger and have frescoed ceiling that dates back to 1600. The terrace is in common for all rooms, it is the place of the breakfast, which is included in the price but you have to go to one of the three bar that are at 10 meters from the B&B to have it!
