In BREZZA MARINA la cucina è solo per ristoro,gas e forno sono disattivati, è camera e non appatamento e per la legge italiana nelle camere non è possibile elaborare cibo.

L'alloggio è ricavato in una casa medievale, risalente al XV secolo, all'interno dell'antico Castello di Rometta. E' composto da una camera da letto e da un bagno posti al piano terra, da una ampia cucina situata al primo piano e da un giardino privato. L'immobile è stato recentemente restaurato ed è dotato di una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale ed una poltrona letto. Il castello è un piccolo borgo con strade esclusivamente pedonali e molto silenzioso
