We would like to offer out romantic house in the heart of Tuscany. Our house is small restored stone house in a walking-only community in the country. It has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on two levels with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living spaces with a sofa bed . The home has old-style terra-cotta tiles, stucco walls, a fireplace, chestnut wood beams making for a very charming Tuscan get-away. We really hope you will enjoy the nature and a very quiet athmosphere. It is pure relax.

Disponibile da aprile ad ottobre torna Capanna Cavoni dopo un’importante ristrutturazione, arricchita di aria condizionata e wi-fi. Immersa nell'arcobaleno dei colori delle crete senesi, la struttura arredata con cura si sviluppa su oltre 130 metri quadrati: ampia camera padronale, cameretta, due bagni, cucina, soggiorno ed ampio salone con camino da cui si accede al soppalco zona di relax e eventuale ulteriore posto letto esternamente un ampio giardino con veranda.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene place. Listen to the sounds of church bells and birds in the olive grove. If you like a good walk you can walk up the hill to Cortona (you need to be pretty fit though!) or drive up, park in the free car park in town and walk back, the sunsets are breathtaking. The road to the house is a "strada bianca" a white road, although it's a narrow country road, all types of cars will be able to drive to the house.
