My place is an independent annexe to The Old Vicarage, close to Bedales School, next door to All Saints Church and a stone's throw from the famous Harrow Pub and Steep Tennis and Cricket club. It is also walking distance from Petersfield town centre . Its cosy but self-contained. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families with one child. Its handy for Goodwood, and very close to the Tithe Barn in Ditcham. Not far from West Dean College. Perfect for bikers

Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Sleeping up to 9 guests, Barn House has a huge modern open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with amazing views over the peaceful Hampshire countryside. This is a great house to gather with your family and friends and children and enjoy the peace and quiet. There are four other properties at our smallholding (a 3-5 minute walk from Barn House) which are also available through Airbnb.
