The small studio (18 sqm) is located at the most beautiful and well-known point of Ioannina, just few steps from the lake and thethe pier where the boats departs to the island . The studio and its large terrace offers panoramic view of the lake, the castle, the traditional settlement, the city and the mountains. All the monuments and museums of the city are within a 10-minute walk. There are cafes and restaurants in the area. A little further is the lively pedestrian street of the old market.

Το Meteora Shelter II είναι ένα πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο στούντιο, που βρίσκεται στην παλιά πόλη της Καλαμπάκας, στους πρόποδες των Μετεώρων. Μια εκπληκτική θέα είναι εδώ για εσάς. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς δίπλα στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο και το Πανεπιστήμιο, τόσο που η πρόσβαση γίνεται και περπατώντας. Για το κέντρο της πόλης, υπάρχουν συχνά δρομολόγια λεωφορείου από το Πανεπιστήμιο. Η περιοχή είναι μέσα στη φύση, ήρεμη και ευνοεί τη χαλάρωση. Το διαμέρισμα είναι αυτόνομο με δική του είσοδο.
