Lower level has two bedrooms, one with queen bed, one with 3 full size beds and bathroom. Separate game room has a pool table, tv, and fridge for entertaining. Property sits on 20 acres with a stocked fishing pond for your enjoyment.

The Hickory House

Quaint vintage, eclectic bungalow on brick street with private parking. Wifi, comfortable common spaces, a stocked kitchen, quality beds & linens. Home is situated only blocks from Ottawa University and downtown. University parents can easily walk to campus, downtown restaurants and shopping, and City Park. This was once my grandmothers home. The vintage décor leans towards " eclectic". The house has refinished floors, all new paint, plumbing, electrical and HVAC. No pets allowed.

Peacock Place. This is a mid mod Paradise. Find woods with gold, yellow and blue accents adorn this beautiful little apartment. Everything is new and comfortable. One block to downtown Ottawa, lots of antique shopping and dinning. Worlds oldest still running movie theater is one block way. Enjoy a beer and bbq in the same block at Not Lost Brewery. In the morning the best little coffee shop in the state is also just one block to the north, Mug Shot Coffee. Look for it in the alley.

The Cozy Cottage is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with ample space to accommodate 4 guest maximum, this includes children. (No extra guest or party events are accepted). You may enjoy kicking back and relaxing in this calm, stylish space or you may need to use the cottage for a home base while working on the road. In Either case, the large open fully equipped kitchen/dining area, living room with a desk/work space and the cottage's large private yard should meet your needs.

Suite offers a queen size adjustable bed, flat screen tv, microwave, dishes and apartment size refrigerator/freezer for all your snacks, treats, and drinks. Unit offers shared washer dryer available for use. (NON-SMOKING UNIT; EVIDENCE OF SMOKE OR VAPE WILL RESULT IN $150 fee. If you do smoke please do so away from doorway in grassy areas)
