A unique, spacious and stylish home, with a large open plan lounge, dining, kitchen and bar area. Sit back and relax in the back garden with large pool and fit pit. Three bedrooms are located on the same level as the open plan area, with one loft bedroom up the stairs over looking the lounge area. Two bedrooms have king size beds, both with en-suite bathrooms. Located in a peaceful part of Prince's Grant with magnificent views over lagoon and Indian Ocean. The house is designed to enjoy this view with folding windows and patios, which allows through flow of air to keep the house cool in summer. Private swimming pool in the enclosed garden area. Air conditioning in the open plan living area. All bedrooms are ensuite with showers. The master bedroom also has a bath. There is a guest toilet.
